Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ILE SOSAN, every transformable piece is created with care, and many elements of our designs are made to order. Because of this, returns are limited, but we are happy to offer exchanges where possible, and your statutory rights are always protected.

Customised & Made-to-Order Items
As many of our items are made or customised specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods. However, we do offer exchanges, subject to availability and condition.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@ilesosan.com. We will investigate and arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 4 hours of purchase, as production may begin shortly after.

• After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed, as your item may already be in progress.
