Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ILE SOSAN, every transformable piece is created with care, and some aspects of all of our designs are made to order. This means that returns are limited, but your rights are always protected.

Customised & Made-to-Order Items
Because many of items are made or customised to order, we cannot accept returns for unwanted goods. However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@ilesosan.com. We will investigate and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Order Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 4 hours of purchase, as production may begin shortly after.

• After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed, as your item may already be in progress.
