Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ILE SOSAN, every transformable piece is created with care, and many elements of our designs are made to order. Because of this, returns are limited, but your statutory rights are always protected.

Our Fit Guarantee 
We want your transformable piece to fit perfectly. While our items are custom-crafted, we offer an exception for sizing: if your item does not fit as expected, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 3 working days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition.

Customised & Made-to-Order Items

Outside of our 3-day fit guarantee, we are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods due to the bespoke nature of our production. However, outside of that window, we are happy to offer exchanges where possible, subject to fabric availability and item condition.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at studio@ilesosan.com. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping Costs 

Except in the case of faulty or damaged items, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, to guarantee that we receive your returned item.

Order Cancellations

• If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 4 hours of purchase, as production may begin shortly after.

• After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed, as your item may already be in progress.
